Walk With Ease

Walk With Ease is a free six-week program designed to help participants safely increase physical activity, build confidence, and support overall health. The program is especially helpful for those managing arthritis symptoms, but all activity levels are welcome.

The class will begin Monday, July 6th and will meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 2:00 PM at the Center for Creative Living.

Walk With Ease combines walking, stretching, strengthening exercises, health education, and motivational strategies to help participants move more comfortably and confidently. Participants will also receive guidance to help them safely work toward better balance, strength, walking pace, and overall wellness.

Only 15 spots are available for this six-week course. Because space is limited, participants should plan to attend each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday session at 2:00 PM for the full program.

Pre-registration is required using the QR code on the flyer. If you need help registering, please stop by the front desk and our staff will be happy to assist you.

Participants are encouraged to wear well-fitting athletic shoes to each session.
